Digital Harbour's third building Life.lab has been in construction since February 2007. A lifestyle environment, commercially and residentially driven comprising an eight storey building located on Harbour Esplanade offers exciting office facilities for small companies within Digital Harbour's technology 'urban campus' community and the option of SOHO style living.

Construction of Life.lab is up to Level 3 of the car park and Level 1 of the office structure. The building is on track for completion around May 2008.

Construction of Life.lab is on schedule - despite the recent rainy periods - with current activities primarily being the forming and placing of the lower level slabs to the car park levels and the lower levels of Commercial office units fronting onto Harbour Esplanade.

Offsite, much activity is taking place - with the manufacture of precast panels for the external walls and internal lift and stair core areas, shop drawings and initial fabrication for services plus preparatory works for the façade.

Next primary activity - following removal of formwork and props to the lower level slabs - will be the commencement of installation ('rough-in') of the Building services including hydraulics pipework and sprinklers.
